The Challenge

A prominent thought-leadership blog was hampered by its slow, monolithic CMS. The cumbersome authoring experience was frustrating for writers, and poor page load speeds were negatively impacting user engagement and search engine rankings.

Our Approach

We decoupled the frontend from the backend by implementing a headless CMS (like Contentful or Sanity) and building a new, blazing-fast frontend using Next.js and static site generation. We focused heavily on performance by optimizing images, leveraging a CDN, and ensuring a lean codebase.
